2015 Road To Indy Preview

Los Angeles, CA – The lights go out later today in St Petersburg, Florida, for the start of the IndyCar season and its 3 junior single-seater series: Indy Lights, Pro Mazda and USF2000.

With the introduction of the all new Dallara IL-15 chassis in Indy Lights this year, drivers and their respective teams have been hard at work over the winter break to adjust with the new car and find optimum ride set ups. Feeling good for the upcoming weekend, Felix had to say that he is “looking for consistent results and I will try to win if we have a good car. I’ve got my data, videos and simulator to help prepare for this first race.” Felix will be taking flight with his team, Belardi Auto Racing, alongside teammate Juan Piedrahita.

Following the Pro Mazda Winterfest mini series earlier this year, Raoul Owens jumps back into a race seat this weekend with his team, JDC MotorSports. Speaking about Winterfest, Raoul said “we showed good pace and I believe we can carry that over here to St Pete. The car felt great at the last test in Atlanta and I’m confident that we will be right at the front this weekend. Hopefully we can get some solid points this weekend and start the season off on a high note.” Having set new lap records in his first months behind the wheel of a Pro Mazda racecar, Raoul is certainly a major contender for the title amongst a very international grid.

With every intention to win races, secure championship points and improve overall track performance, Felix and Raoul have been training hard for the 2015 season. The ultimate test begins today and can be followed on the following channels:
